If you want an FXX model, you have to pick between those 3.
after seeing those pics i totally agree w/ you! it's hard to belive that the same company that makes that piece of crap also makes a $240 car! but i would never buy a hotwheels for that much. they have to prove to me that they are actully capable of doing that. for that much money i would pick the bbr enzo over that (if i didn't have one already just hypathetically saying).
but that bbr f430 looks nice. i might look into that.

Absolute rubbish! The Elite version looks to be pretty good quality, and it's one of the most popular models so far this year. I just ordered mine last night.

Or, of course, there is the SuperElite version which I think is almost $300: http://i71.photobucket.com/albums/i1...superelite.jpg

If you want an FXX model, you have to pick between those 3.
yes...and thats a crap...the super elite model dont deserves the higher price tag...just crap for 300$

but still nice model and the pics are just stunning

Re: Ferrari FXX - Hw Ellite

I think it's good that now higher quality Ferrari models will be on the market thanks to the Elite, but it's awful that good quality budget ones won't be thanks to the Elite. HW had better not make the regular priced versions of Ferraris so low quality like they did with the FXX.

Edit: Having just opened mine, I can tell you the quality is a lot closer to AA than it is to Maisto. This is about 1 notch below AutoArt quality, it's pretty damn close. For $60 (or less) you can't go wrong. Looks gorgeous.

Re: Ferrari FXX - Hw Ellite

i just receved both the hw elite FXX and the normal hw FXX i did compare them.. and the elite is a beauty but theres nothing wrong with the normal one.. except the trunk is like plastic, i dont know if they were implacating carbon fiber but it bends like paper. Oh and also Hw didn't care to paint the, what should be black is see through (clear)

as i predicted the elite is more money, more detail, more everything

but nothing wrong (to me) with the normal version
