I know the price of a tein suspension and a type-r motor, but they seem like a dime a dozen these days. If you're going to spend that much money the car should have working A/C and body matched paint on the whole thing. Remember this is my .02 and it's your money.
Im getting it way cheaper than 10 thousand. I told my boy I will not buy it unless he redo the paint job. All it needs is an A/C compressor. We all know thats not a huge deal. Im actually goin to go with Carnutt to his buddies shop to see if he has some layin around. About the engine its not a totally big deal either. I called my boy to see if he can get the engine bay matched, he said he'll ask to see how much extra it'll cost. The interior is mint, low miles on the chassis, fresh new ITR motor. I mean I think its well worth beyond 10-11k for it. It also has Rota Slipstreams (big whoop) LOL. Im currently lookin for stock SI rims but everyone is asking way too much for them. 500 bucks! Also the hood looks like its open but its not. The hood latch is broken and so hes using hood pins. Its a DC sports hood. Im goin to replace the latch and the hood with a CF. Im also goin to purchase the CF Si lip. Its goin to look simple but raw.

Phew... that's a relief. Hey, at least you'll have a sweet ride that you enjoy. I may be doing the same as you soon enough... because although it would be nice to have a car that is relatively new, paying a good downpayment and then making payments of $300+ a month for 4 years for a car seems like a waste to me. But that's the kind of person I am. GL with the Si...
