Doors
Okay, for those of you with painted doors, now comes the time for me to paint mine. I just got my speakers to put in my door, I have my doors off, and I'm installing the speakers now...but. I since I went through the trouble of jimming the window handle off without the gm tool, I wanted to go ahead and paint my doors while I'm at it. My question to you is this. Did you actually pry apart the little plastic holders that hold the sections to each other. or did you just tape it off and have at it....?...and if you did pry them apart, how did you go about putting them back on?

Re: Doors
The only "welds" I broke off were the ones that held the bezel that goes around the door handle on, as you can see in the pics from that link My99 sent, as for the other's that hold on each of the 2 pieces of the entire door, you can do the same if you want, or you can just do a good job taping them off. If you break the welds then you get them back on you have to use short screws and screw them back together, or find yourself another way.
