Just walked out of a dealership..
and put a little down on a 1995 gsr sedan. The pipe on the muffler was a 4" incher I think, and the intake system was AEM I beleive I read under the hood. What kind of additional performace (hp, etc.) can I expect with these changes? I didnt get into specifics with the guy so I dont know much more about it other than whats on the site:
http://inventory.autotrader.com/inve...ealerId=106393 I opened up the front hood and everything looks clean and in good shape. 75,000 miles seems good considering its a honda and they last a long time, and the price seems correct whenever I compare it to values such as black books. What do you guys think? I didnt get to test drive it though, thats my only problem. Knowing my lazy ass, I probably wont get around to doing it. Could be a big mistake....but then again I doubt its a lemon. PS: Anything I can do to reduce the muffler noise if I find it too loud? |

I plan to. The one thing I hoped when I first checked the car out on the site was the muffler being no bigger than 3". I couldnt care less if it was just stock. (unless theres a big difference in performance)

$10,000 is a little high considering the blue book is no more than $9000. The blue book on my car was like $9500 and the guy originally wanted $9100 and i talked him all the way down to $8000. So do some talking and try to negotiate a little bit and see if he'll bring the price down just a little bit.
