I was researchin on the net and i was thinkin about cuttin out the suitcase muffler on my exhaust. I was wounderin, if I did that, if I would have to get a tune up or hook it up to a computer and get it recalibrated??? I was also wonderin if it would increase or decrease my fule consumption. right now im gettin about 19-20 mpg. any advice would really help!!!!
thanks

Re: suitcase exhaust replacement

By suitcase muffler your meaning the first muffler? If so no. Actually all exhaust work won't cause reprogramming or anything like that at all. It might help your gas mileage a bit. It will also help with horsepower too.
