get a TLC,then go to curt and say that the cop gave hime ticket for no resoun.you are the witness so it shouldn't be hard.if they didn't accept it,then get diffrent curt day to clear the ticket.

Is the mayor a police officer if not then not right to pull you over that would actully be impersanting a police officer. As for pulling over b/c a complaint umm idk here in KY nope if the cop doesnt' see it they can complain all they want wont' do any good. They can watch you more after wards though.

I posted in the thread. If a cop didnt see it, it wont hold up. My cousin called in a drunk driver after the guy pulled into his own driveway. Cops told him, we didnt see him driving erraticly and hes off the raod so we cant do anything. He said I can tell you where he lives and describe him and they still said no good.
