Re: Mark vrs. Firebird

Ha, this reminds me of a car I saw not to long ago. I would have paid $20 to have a camera with me but there was this car in a parking lot at the local theater that had ghetto rigged the end of his tail pipe into this "J" shaped pipe that was made out of PVC piping on his Honda. LOL

Nobody pointed a gun at you and told you to swap out the perfectly fine LS1, and put in some loud SOB of a motor...

Although, when the cops show up... I'm sure that's what you tell them.

Re: Mark vrs. Firebird

I normally just close the garage door.
When they ask about the black Pontiac...I start the Grand Am GT.

Re: Mark vrs. Firebird

My neighbors call me in if I so much as start my bike. (120db) Had the sheriff come by bout two months ago giving me a verbal warning about disturbing the peace or something. Thats what you get when you live by the golf course with the elders.

Re: Mark vrs. Firebird

I test drove a Mark VIII last summer. It was modded with transmission upgrades, full exhaust, intake, bigger brakes and 18 inch wheel with sport tires and some other engine mods according to the owner. It had 120k miles on it but the car was extremely scary and it handled like a dream. I didn't buy it because owner had no record, and carfax came showing that car was a rental in its first year...and it ran 65k miles that year. But still I liked the car, being black with huge wheels, red calipers and two large chrome pipes car looked mean.
