The wiretaps have not been ruled illegal. Everyone in Congress (even Nancy Pelosi) were briefed about it. There is no evidence of domestic spying. No warrant is needed for tapping foreign conversations.

That just shows what hypocrits the Democrats in Congress are. When the vote was for Ruth Bader Ginsberg, almost all of the Republicans voted for her because they knew she was qualified, even though they disagreed with her views and beliefs. Alito is just as qualified as she was (if not more) yet most Democrats did not vote "yes" for Alito.
