Need Right parts - HELP

Hi - I have a 1990 Toyota Camry Ultima (4cyl) - im planning to upgrade it and i decided to start out with the basics - spark plugs, alternator, Cap and rotor.

I would really appreciate if anyone can tell me what would be the BEST parts for performance and economy. THANKS for any replies in advance!!
