I made mine out of a cell phone reception amplifier wich is basically a peice of plastic with flat copper wire zigzagiing throughout it, there is one that is purpose made for mini-z that may work for xmods (http://www.kyosho.com/cars/kyoc2069a-2.jpg)

how did u get the cell phone antenna out because i don't have the right tool???
