1. You can not vote for yourself.
2. You can not vote for someone twice (no more 12 awards to the same person)

that's it. 25 awards, most likely not all of them will have a winner, but it still is better than last year's 4000000 awards given out.

Of course, for our best friend hypsi I got something cool planned.

Maybe having it a sticky is counter-intuitive. People who visit everyday generally don't look at stickies. Just a thought. Maybe sticky the results.

For the fastest categories, are we talking just street vehicles, or do all-out race cars count too? Just curious
