The people that i know with 9 second supras have put well over 50 grand into their car, not including the price they bought the car at. If done right, a 3/S can make it into the 10's with 10K. 15G's have yielded high ten's with the right set up, and those aren't very big turbos. I think its only a matter of time before the 3/S platform starts putting record breaking times down.
