Re: boost gauge install, what line should i t into

there are different types of greddy gauges, not all have green lettering, and green lettering is not synonomous (sp?) with cheap gauges

do you know what makes that colored light? Most likely they are using condoms too. In your dash, you have some blue colored lights, that is by a condom. Its a little piece of plastic that goes over the light to make it color. I have some around here, but im too lazy to post pics and show you.

Oh yeah, that was replying to TRUBO...

One thing I love about AVC-R display is that you get a basic display(VFD of course), but then if you choose, you can opt to have a smaller display below for "peak hold". NTM the "record run" feature and other stuff I haven't used yet. And you can use this stuff on all parameters(boost, injector duty cycle, RPM, Thr%, vehicle speed, ect)

Alot of the good gauges use colored LEDs, not condoms.

thats crazy. you should try some of them and see if you can do some fine tuning or need to do some minor cleaning to get max efficiency out of your engine..

btw, i'd like to know what your next step is gonna be..

Yea I prolly should....

Next step is wheels/suspension. ITs fast enough for what I want.

yeah, LEDs are alot better with the brightness too. I have a snap on LED flashlight (its like a bar light)...damn, look at it just the right way and the thing could literally blind someone.lol
