Well thanks for the advice, I don't expect to get answers over the internet or anything, just maybe some insight from those that have been there done that. I do fully intend to find out for myself, I can't anyone's word for it.

Romans 1:20 “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and devine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

That may have been true then, when there was no question that God created everything. There was no big bang theory, no discovery of dinosaurs, people had little knowledge of the world around them and God actually did obvious things then, now we have tons of knowledge and little/no obvious works of God, and it complicates things.

Are you implying that people, who are 16 years old or younger, are incapable of making their own decisions?
|
They aren't "fully" capable. That's why we have laws protecting teenagers from all sorts of things, they can't fully decide whats good for them and what isnt. They can make decisions, but can they make rational, mature, well-informed ones? not usually. Most teens don't have any plan for life other than finishing high school, if that. I'm just saying if someone in that stage of life, who has been on the wrong path for their life, dies...how would God judge that? I don't expect an answer really, since none of us know for sure, just thinkin.
