Now can we say Mayor Nagin hates blacks too? He tells the people that it's ok to move back so these displaced people leave the shelters and hotels, start moving back only to be told not to come back. Now the hotels they came from filled the rooms and these displaced people are displaced again because Mayor Nagin failed to think again before acting.

that's a contradiction, how can he hate his own race? Maybe he's not the type of politician that we see in Washington, he's the people's mayor, not the government's mayor. He makes mistakes like anyone else. He realizes that most of the people that have been displaced have no where else to go, so let them come back if they want and see what they can salvage, that's they way I see it.
