I bet they had to read off of a screen next to the camera, and Kayne just couldn't read very well and that's why he stuttered. Then he just said "I hate bush, lets make it seem like he doesn't care about black people." Maybe he just went on so he could sell his album that just came out, late registration, and a comment like that will make him talked about everywhere, a great marketing tactic. Who knows, I'm not buying his shit
