Re: thinking about ditching the pipes

I tried for a half an hour yesterday to find a pic on the net of a truck with the setup. I remember that when I saw it back in the early 60's being done, it was really popular, but didn't last very long...bummer.

Dodge did it in '79 with their classic Lil Red Express. They were kinda cool but definitely had a late '70's look, kinda gaudy.
