Re: Getting better gas mileage

they tell you to use a sertaint tire pressure for a reason.
then the tire heats up the air inside expands. if it expands to much you tires will blow.
(i dont want to be going 75 mph on the highway and have a blown tire)

i know a preson that this has happened to, and yes he is stupid

Re: Getting better gas mileage

that is a huge jump in gas mileage, might want to check your calculations.
i might start by resetting the computer in your car.( just take the negative part of the battery off for a few seconds)

make sure you pluggs are gapped propperly.

speratick gas milage is often caused be speratick driving.
there are three kinds of driving...
highway
city
asshole

unfortunatly i am foten the asshole driver, but you should stick with the first two.

surprisingly the 87 octane is better for our cars. there were made to run on cheap fuel. but once you mess with the timeing or go woth FI you would need the higher octane (why the hell am i telliny you this, i am sure you already know)

I have always been affraid of any type of fule addative, dont know why. anyway, what type of fuel injector cleaner would you suggest.
filling up with 92 every once in a while wont do any good, the car doesn't have time to adapt to the different gas. it usually takes 3-4 tanks worth. you guys will get better mileage with 87. I have to use 92. my mileage goes down otherwise. I hate gas prices.
