hey dont hate on VA laws too much. i moved from the martinsville area back up here to jersey about 2 years ago and i miss those laws.
i could get ANYTHING inspected down there easy as anything. u fail for a stupid gas cap up here. the best was tryin to get my "slightly modified" 76 chevy pickup done. the emissions were so bad they had about 6 guys under the hood checkin the VIN to make sure it had the right engine. not that i dont have a "sticker" on it now lol.
anyway my point is youll miss bein able to fool VA cops when u get stuck somewhere where theyre not stupid.
