Awesome race mate. It must have been awesome to see that race in person cause damn that car (corvair) looks awesome. Plus you were both turboed.
The people around you probably for once weren't talking trash cause somebody flew past them at not so healthy speeds. They were probably like (f.e. a mid fiftys couple): Guy: "WOWW........... Now that were some nice cars. Would love to know who will win. Hmmmm what cars were that actually? Looked like older ones didn't they?" Women: "Yes dear." Guy: "those were the times.........ahh. Then my roads weren't full of all these cars driving around with huge razorblades on the back of their car....And the slower they drive the more sound there car makes...Tssss. How do they call them, dear?" Women: "Ricers dear." Guy: "Yes, that's the term. Naaa, just give me these guys with those oldie cars spooled up with turbos. They even wait till traffic is clear! Isn't that great???" Women: "Yes dear". So in short i meant every guy or women that was witness of yr race must have had a big  on his/her face.awesome race

Pretty awesome race Matty. Corvair's were pretty sweet looking IMO. I bet you two woudl have got alot of "WTF" looks if you could have seen some people's faces that you passed, lol.Oh, and my car actually has a Corvair front suspension, and I think it's from either a 65 or 66 model.
