Of course you will be angry if you can only see stereotypes.

Go Bush!
Eat Meat!
Drink Beer!
Reiterate the Fox news to your family!
Woot Woot!

Re: What MOD to do next!?

Yo, Jeff, i dont need you sticking up for me. You come on here and flame the regulars who i have come to like over the few months i have been here, just do us a favor and leave. You are the reason why my generation gets a bad rep and i get atleast 2 of the "Hey, you having fun in mommy's car" comments when i take my BMW out. Just shut it man and stop disrespecting the people i have come to respect. BTW, your 04 GTP looks pretty quick....in a straight line on a drag strip.... is that what you call driving talent.... timing the green light and mashing the gas pedal down while the automatic takes care of the rest? Bring your 04 to a real street track and my BMW will carve Laps around you. *FLAMMED*

Re: Re: What MOD to do next!?

It does take some skill to launch these things but I am not very good at that anyways. never said I was.

At the Bondurant test day I was invited to, when we did the road course I did fairly well compared to the good clubgp drivers and the Bondurant Track workers. But I am by no means a great driver on a road course or even at the track.

What I have been able to accomplish was modding a 15sec car to run 11.9-12.1@114-115mph and 1.7-1.8 60's consistantly for 6-7months without any engine/trans trouble. While the length of time is still relatively short, for a high powered GP it is not bad.
I do believe it took some amount of monitoring/maintenance to keep everything in working order on my 420+hp/400+lbs tq GP.

BTW:
I have only spent my money on this car. I paid cash in full the day I got it. I am sorry I dont have a story to explain how I got the money, but then again is that really your concern?

It is fast on the street, even with 1-2#s less boost and an extra 100lbs...
