Yes but the real question is, how long will it last? And yes blowing up right when you turn the key counts as an answer, 0.00001 seconds.

Sorry, I’m pretty sure a Suzuki Cappuccino will blow up before it attains a “below 11s” time slip. I’m sure there are plenty of other cars that will fail before they reach sub 11 second times for the ¼ mile, I just don’t care to look research it.

Who cares if it can or can't it wouldn't be a smart thing to do even if you could. It takes alot of work to get any car to low 11's unless you have a car that does 11s factory. Its not just a question of power to go 11s, you need to have a stiff rear and durable clutch if you plan to boost that much, not to mention all the other little things you will run into along the way. Nothing for less that 80 grand is meant to do 11s from the factory. If it were cheap or easy to make an 11 second supra or rx7 everyone would have one.

Sorry BlackGT2000, you lose too. Not everybody has an 11 second Supra because they all have a 10 second or better one!

The top 10 fastest 6 speed Supras with stock turbos are low to mid 11s.
The top 10 fastest Supras period is 9 seconds or faster. Slowest ET being 9 seconds flat.
The top 100 fastest Supras period is 10 seconds or faster.

Stock suspension and stock LSD are certainly good for 11s all day long. Clutch on the other hand… Spend some cash on a clutch and you are good to go.

It sure as hell does not take $80,000 to run 11s reliably.
