If you decide to keep the molding and paint I would replace with the molding that came painted on these trucks, they are a different stlye and look much better than the black and chrome.

My trim is painted, is this not what the unpainted looks like?

Blender-
Ya, I guess your trim does look like ours. I have seen another stlye though, that is smooth on the bottom with the chrome strip on top. It looks much cleaner, IMO.
Actually, my personal favorite trim is on the GMC package, the slender, solid chrome strip....

If I ever have to get my truck repainted, I think I'm gonna go solid red...

That GMC trim is waaaaay better looking, and if I had to put any, it would be that. I gotta debadge it either way, so It wont hurt to be w/o trim a little while.

Re: Got my tahoe grille and taillight mod done.

yea, would say that e-bay would be your best bet for cear corners, while your at it, maby pick up some led's for ur turn signals. i love mine, the only downside is that the led's cause the signals to bling really fast. you can fix it, but im just too lazy.

p.s. i got my grille finished too, paint, speed grile, and bowtie. ill try to get soe pics up i the next few days.

I agree, the GMC strips look a lot better. If my molding is ever taken off, it'll have to be whomever buys the truck next.

I like the GMC trim also, but I've seen a lot of those trucks where it ends at the back of the cab. I prefer the trim extending to the rear wheel opening, and in body color.
