How to remove yellow inserts from Yukon Headlight??

I would not even think about breaking the seal of your lamp by using a heat gun. You guys are asking for trouble down the road, I guarantee you will have moisture intrusion in your lamps. But what do I know, I'm just an engineer for the largest automotive lighting supplier in the world!

ive broken the seal on a couple of lamps using the heat gun technique and i have yet to run into any trouble with moisture. granted i cant foresee the future years down the road but i can pretty much guarantee the seal(s) are fine with my lamps, you just have to make sure you heat the glue good enough when reconnecting the lense cover.
