Re: Stupid question, can i hook my subs up to my stereo in my room?

oh BTW the Audiobahns offer no extesion past 30Hz....mainly due to a high Fs and lack of cone area. even when i plug 2 of the 3 vents making the enclosure tuned to 14Hz....you can feel 20Hz and only barely feel it....i dont know if it is me ore my deffness but i need more....

Re: Stupid question, can i hook my subs up to my stereo in my room?

i wouldn't go with the PSU. i tried i and it sucked. you're going to spend more on keeping it in shape than to get proper results. i know you're cheap, but its ok cuz i am too at times. but don't go cheap when you're dealing with electronics. you don't want your house up in flames if something goes wrong. instead, take mgsm13's advice and get a plate amp.

some cheap ones:

or

prerrerable the 70w if you have a small room. otherwise step up to the $100 amp and get ~150w@4ohm.
