The seats are a modern WRC seat with photoetch belts put in. The kitset actually had exactly the same style of bucket seat included although they look hideous as!!!! So i decided to use Tamiya ones rather then the ESCI moulded seats.
I think that the cars didnt run full bucket seats at that stage anyway, (i should know this being rally mad) but the car was inspired after seeing the original RS1800 of Ari Vatanen which had been restored and is still being campaigned and decided that this would be a good idea for the Mikkola Escort.
