where is air flow sensor 88 grand am

Just a quick question, where is the air flow sensor. My little brother bought a chip that goes in the air flow sensor, and I live 200 miles away, so i cant look at the car. Im not to familiar with this car, so any help would be appreciated. its an 88 4 cylider.

The "air flow sensor" that you're referring too is actually the IAT (Intake air temperature) sensor, tom. I would go into depth about what I was going to say about the resistor, but I've posted it before. So here, just read this. And welcome to the forum.
