Its decided what the CRX will look like!

It will be white, have the Wings West Mugen style sides and rear, and have a 1996 Civic front end with the coupe grille, and a Type R chin, and I will have 1994 Integra mirrors. I will be running 90-91 taillights, and 94 GSR brakes, red calipers at all corners. Rims will be Konig Traffik white 205/40/R16. Emblems will be: red H's, 6 gen "Si", and "DOHC VTEC".

Right now its red, has a poorly fabricated custom "dual exhaust" both 5 in. And gay American Racing chrome 13's with 165/80/13- isnt the stock rollers on a DX better than these? Its also got a red/black Grant wheel, and fog lights. This is ricey, but thats how it came!

Tell me what do you think of my plans, if you'd change something-tell me.

I wouldn't put the stickers on there. But that's just me.

I didnt know a physical object had the capabilty to be gay. This is interesting.

But as for the rest of the car. It sounds like crap to me. But if you like it, go for it.

yes i will back it

Performance wise, I will be getting a B16A-cable type, AEM fuel rail and CAI, Airmass header, Nitrous Oxide Systems-75 hp shot-dry, Prelude ECU(richer for NOS), I got the Hasport kit and NOS now, the engine will follow. Im also getting an SiR guage set, I dont wanna use a Autometer
5 in tach to get an 8K redline.

And why does it sound like crap? The CRX's sleek lines doesnt match the squar-ish front or mirrors. And since Im changing it, it should look "official", like Honda made it themselves. Imagine what it'd look like
it wouldnt look fake like some s2000 lights! plus the CRX is a Civic!

Why would you want to chop up a perfectly good CRX and make it half 96 civic and half 89 CRX?? But it is your car and your choice. DX stock wheels are nothing special they are just 13" silver colored steel wheels.

well....

The front doesnt have to hacked up(loss of chassis integrity). All it needs is the headlight support and mounting brackets. Ive studied the similarities and differences of each front end. Most bolts line right up! The problem is the A-pillar but the fender may just be cut to get rid of the pillar connection area. Another thing, the rims I really want are Racing Hart white CP8's or Tenzo Poke-10's or Tenzo RS-5's,but I aint spendin that kinda money! Lastly, Tell the TRUTH! Which front matches the lines of the CRX? the boxy 88-91? or the more rounded 96-98?

knew i forgot something!

The Prelude ECU......A guy I know, who work with computers says if all inputs/outputs match it would work, or if not, he will make the connectors and/or splices i need. He hasnt worked on a car wiring harness before, but ill have to take his word, or go with the PR3.

I don't think the prelude ecu will work. I would run either larger injectors and fuel regulator with some sort of air fuel contoller along with the PR3 ecu. And plus if you want to use a newer ecu you are going to have to fool with upgrading to obd1.

THe 88-91 Civic front ends are just like the CRX's there are very little differences. 88-89 (Civic/CRX) are different to the 90-91 (Civic/CRX) just bumper lights and corner lenses. I just think that the 96-2000 civic's font ends are a little to round for the style of the CRX. If you really want to change the look of the front end of the car why not just go with a body kit and some Z3 fenders and maybe a cool looking hood. I have seen a 92-95 Civic hatch with a Integra front end on it. It looked ok since they both have a more rounded body. I have a picture of it somewhere if you would like to see it let me know.

I really like the Racing harts, but they do cost a lot of money. I don't think the Tenzo's are to much money if you like them why don't you go with them. But remember that this is your car and it is your choice on what you really want to do to it.

Well, the body kits for the CRX make the front even boxier. I want the car to look official, so Z3's are out. I also have pics. Now tell me that the 6 gen front doesnt match the CRX body! looks factory to me! And lastly, I thought Tenzos didint cost much either, but their rims start at 1200 bucks, and at 17 in. Im running 16's only(17's on a CRX='s slow)
