I placed an order at Ford for a Vehicle Speed Sensor(VSS). When I picked it up... I thought it might be wrong but didn't say anything. The piece they gave me is a sensor/wbracket with a cable that is about 1ft. and a plug in at the end. I found where it goes on the car... it is under a heat shield on top of the transmission.
Does anyone know if this is correct? Thanks, Jimmy |

This sounds about right. A Haynes manual has some photos of it.
