i wouldn't reccomend a mini-me for the non mechanically inclined...problems can come up from that swap...

i'd get yourself a cool air intake, headers, high performance cat, muffler, good tune up, new or used intake manifold, a lighter pulley, RKG or iridium spark plugs, good wires, all performance before cosmetics.

All of these bolt on's will be a waste of money without MPFI...

If you do anything for performance go MPFI!!

Exactly... And whoever it was that said he couldnt afford it on his budget, MPFI swap is decently cheap, should put him well under $500... Whole thing should cost $300 tops... And performance wise, it would be better than the rest of the stuff without MPFI... Then he can go from there with his performance mods, and theyll actually do something...

whats the major differece and advantage with mpfi over dpfi? and where can i snag a decent mpfi?

DPFI (Dual Point Fuel Inject, what u have) uses 2 injectors for all 4 cylinders... An MPFI (Multi Point Fuel Injection) system uses 4 injectors, one for each cylinder... The 4 injectors work more efficiently than just 2 injectors...

Dual point Throttle body injection = SHIT

i cant wait til my mpfi swap is done =) itll probably be the last thing done to my car for a while unless something is needed. Right now im saving my money bc i gotta get inspected in april.
