Talking Shopping spreeee!

k , i got 500 bucks to throw into to my lil civic. im putting in new white guages, and tack. what else should i throw in? i just bought the car, so its stock. in thinking putting in clear corners and and cold air intake. what else?

Im assuming its a dx according to your name?

If so you should invest in a MPFI swap if you havent already.

Think: Performance

Go with the tach, do a MPFI swap, intake, exhaust... Ditch the white face and clear corner idea for now... Thats just my advice... I made a mistake on my car and did all athetic mods first, and then did performance... I could have afforded a B16 swap by now...

ya my cars a white 88 dx. engine is completely stock. iv only done minor interior stuff, like sex lights.

Don't buy any of those things. Save for a b16 swap. After the swap is the time to worry about cosmetics. Trust me, once the b16 is in you won't care what color your corners are, you'll be too busy going fast.

^you now need an inverter and fog machine to be a real pimp, buy an old full sized chevy conversion van, like the one on old school

Convert your car to MPFI or have a shop do it.

That's the best thing you can do to a DPFI car at first.

an engine swap would be sweet, but im in highschool and cant afford to save up for a new engine rite now. i just wanted to know some simlpe quik upgrades for my stock car for around $500.
