I'm certainly not going to disagree with the stock CCR beating a stock McLaren. (I guess I got into a little about a slightly modified McLaren on more-or-less McLaren's "what-if-we-do-this" test.)
And we will probably never get to know the top speed of a McLaren GT Taping shut-lines. If a panel would rip off at those speeds, I'm sure it would be horrific. A lot of high speed runs are done this way. Regards, James R |

There is an advantage according to EVO the 9ff got an extra 1MPH out if it...... although they may also have removed the wing mirres at that point also but i dont think so as that would liberate more than 1 MPH.... Anybody know for shore?
