it is a matter of adjusting the wastegate... not the BOV. on the 4th pic going down from the top - they took the turbo apart to show you the inside.

i get so irritated with ppl bringing that crap up. if hes already going to build his internals on the h22 then that makes the h23 obsolete. the only time that steiner setup would be efficient is if he wasnt planning on building the block/pistons/rods in the first place which is stupid.
