how do i tell if it has an N/A motor? HOW MUCH OVER 200k

N/A is normal aspiration it has two actuators on the lower intake manifold and doesn't have a turbo on it, if it is a short block then look at where the lower intake manifold attaches to the engine and there will be a sleeve where the actuators go.
Also most people that sell 13b's will either call them a 13b N/A or a six port 13b, 13bt is a turbo engine not the one you need.

How much over 200k? With the proper maintenance I would bet you could get well over 300k miles before you would need to do a rebuild.
