I placed a wanted af on craigslist. Ebay has mopeds, but they're usually over priced. I believe that the "MopedArmy" is doing a special right now where you can order a moped for $399 and have it delivered to your doorstep (that's about half price for a new moped).

That is awsome. But wouldn't be practical for anything but being suicidal here. I drive a camry thats quick and handles well and I still don't feel safe with the nuts around here. Brakes go pretty quick here too. Lately I have taken GTF out of my way approach. I also have been using the horn and middle finger alot. But people are too damn stupid here to ride a moped around. By the way $0.98 wouldn't even get you close to a gallon here. It is 1.99/gallon for regular here.

I didn't know you could sink a motorcycles rear suspension down that far.

Anyway, if you lived in a large city I could see how a Moped would be an advantage. Anywhere else and you simply wouldn't be able to get anywhere.

Cool; if you're in an area where you won't get killed by traffic, mopeds are cheap cheap cheap!

I'm still trying to figure how I can get into denver without using any highways. The truth of the matter, is that mopeds are usefull anywhere - but your location limits what you can do with them. In the city, you can use a moped as primary transportation. Anywhere else and it's basically just a "going to the post office" type of vehicle.

Re: Today I tanked up for $0.98

Only time I've been on a moped/scooter was when I went to Deutchsland. So weird, mopeds are cooler than bikes for teens. It was not bad
