Yoko's has their good and bad points .. I've heard of some very bad experiences with them ... just make sure you know your stuff when you decide to buy an engine from them ... just some advice ...

thanks!
hey thanks for the advice. Im trying to get dealer prices on engines and so far. $1000 us including shipping and tranny and all that junk is the best price. or next 1950 cdn for a complete kit. this is a JDM's though. i haven't found usdms' yet. oh and if you guys wanna purchase engines, let me know. i got a list of kick a$$ prices on all of them. if we order all at once, its gonna be good cheap stuff for us.

Talk to the guys at Tunerworks. They can get quite a bit of stuff, as they have hookups almost everywhere.
That's where I'm going for my swap later this year. If you plan on getting an EF hatch(88-91), try to get the Si cuz then wiring will be alot easier, meaning it'll be a bit cheaper. I think the going rate for a JDM B16A1 is $1250-1500 for engine, tranny, ecu, and sometimes axles. And then you'll need just mounts and shift linkage, and axles if it wasn't included in the first place.Beyond Imagination: Where are you getting your price quotes? Seems like a good deal to me.
