Finished: Tamiya Calsonic Skyline GT-R 2003

Hi!
I've just finished my Calsonic Skyline, and thought i would post some pictures here.
This is my first "serious" model. I have built a lot before, mostly Tamiya's Military Miniature, but also some cars. But this is the first time I have spray painted the body, used a loooong time (which obviously gives a much better result), even if I should use a bit longer time on my next model. Had a rush when it was almost finished so... hehe.

The body is painted with Tamiya TS-44 Brilliant Blue, with two layers clear coat. I was very happy with the shine, but unfortunately it doesn't show very well on the pictures.

Well, here goes...

And yes, it's completely stock

i wish my calsonic skyline (2003) looked like that, a very neat, tidy example and a well exectued model. great paint work and decal work. for a box-stock its a pretty amazing peice of work. you certainly have a first serious model to be proud of. im sure anyone who made a car to such a fantastic result as you have would be extremely proud and pleased, i know i would. well done agian and i hope to see more of your work, its certainly impressive if i may say so.
