Re: Who likes it loud?

No offence, but when comparing RF to the subs we are, SQ superiority is not a matter of opinion, it's a matter of experience. Just hearing these other subs once changes your entire perspective of what sounds good, then you go back to all the mainstream crap with open ears and you see how bad they really are. If you've never heard the A, Brahma, XXX, IDMAX, Magnum, W7, or several others then you essentially have no basis for a comparison. Is it really that hard to believe that these others are so much better than RF in sound quality when no one who has bought one of them has ever gone back to RF, Sony, Jensen, or the like?

Shit, don't ask me why I bumped a post that's a year old... don't even say a word about it, but while it's bumped... let's see why we don't read reviews off of CD:

"2 HX2 15's in a 94 s-10 EXT cab in a 3 ft box w/ a Directed 1100D pushing it w/ 2 gauge wire on a ELKAMELON deck hit *195 DB from the port hole and *179.46 DB from the dash. They do cost a lil bit of $$ but 2 or more w/ enogh watts and power there flexyour roof......However they do pound and they will last you a very long time..."

or

"I have a power 15 in my grand prix in a 2.6 cu. ft ported plexiglass box powered by a single 1000bd and it could tear down a city block if i wanted it to. two 13.5 W7's barely edge out a single power 15. end of story."
