I got the polish from AutoZone, but you can almost certainly find it at WalMart. Its a polish you're supposed to use on your rims, so if it is there, it'll be next to the automotive stuff. And no... I haven't cleaned the inside, and as far as the sealant, I was wondering the same thing...
