Re: Re: Is it time for a revolution?

1. Their message attracts public attention through their protesting and enough people soon back it = the idea is passed. 2. Their message attracts public attention, but the ideological group fades, but since Reps and Dems are concerned only w/ who gets the most votes, the idea is taken and put on their list of ideas. They have to do this in order to be an "all encompassing" party.

In fact, I urge everyone to question and evaluate their country, past, present, and predicted future. To become complacent about your country is one of the worst things imaginable, and just leads to people "knowing" they're better than other countries.

Re: Is it time for a revolution?
Well said Heep.
As far as the American voting system - add a third possibility to the ballot: None of the above. If none of the above wins, then start over with new guys. (Thanks to "Brewster's Millions" for the idea.) |

I must ask you though what "lack of freedom", "false sense of security", and "propaganda of freedome and security" you are talking about. I'd like for you to give me some examples if you don't mind.

Lack of freedom-H.R. 4079&FEMA-this bill gives FEMA the right to take over local, state, and federal government during any emergency that might conceivably occur. This means that the Constition could be suspended. Also, theres a clause that would eliminate the 4th&8th amendments.(H.R 4079 might be called S.B. 2834) The Anti-Drug Act-Courts decide on some mass searches/drug test(could mean the search of every person in a city) The gun registration law-All guns&licenses must be registard, thus allowing the government where every gun is, incase they decide to make this void-No more 2nd amendment If you want to know more just ask. |
