Bodykits are kind of taboo around here, anyways, S15 aren't more expensive, they are impossible to get, they are only sold in RHD countries. (Japan, England, New Zealand, etc.)

Over here, we don't have S13s per-se (sp?), we have the coupe with the pop-up lights, you will need to do a S13 front end conversion to get the look of the S13, for the 180SX, if you want a Type X you will need a new front bumper and turn signals and new rear lights. S14 with S15 headlights are over played, but if you like them that's cool. You will learn, yound grasshopper, that smashing a set of Zenki headlights is better then S15 headlights.....

the stock SR20DET's comes with around 200 crank hp or ( 160whp ) for the red tops.

and the S14 black tops SR20DET's comes with 220crank hp which should be around 180whp

and the S15 Black top SR20DET's comes with 250crank hp or 210whp.

the price ranges from 2000 bucks for a S13 SR to 5000 bucks for a S15 SR.

and there are tons of suspension for the S chassis. remember in japan Nissan is the performance brand and honda is the econo boxes that hardly any races in. if you look at most japanese videos and mag's Nissans run the show. so there are plenty of suspension parts i'll go on a nd list some of the brands

Tein, Cusco, Suspension techniques, KYB, Tokicos, JIC Magic, Eibach, H and R, Whiteline.

these are just a few of the companys that makes suspension components for the S chassis off the top of my head. of course the most hardcore brands would the Cusco, Tein, and JIC magic since those are hardcore japanese drift or circuit racing style suspension that is fully adjustable from dampening rate to ride height. to upper front camber adjustments.

then you have Whiteline Sway bars, or Suspension Technique sway bars.

plenty and i mean plenty of stuff can go into a 240sx.

don't forget junk yard donner parts

i'm running on a set of 300ZX Twin turbo 4 piston brake caliper and 11 inch rotors on my S14. i'm also running on a 300ZX brake master cylinder

i'm also running on a 90 sentra dual electric fan conversion setup

you can also swap in Infiniti Q45 dual piston calipers on the 240.

not to mention the Infiniti J30 or the non turbo 300ZX limited slip differential

1) any engine you swap in there from the nissan family (ca, rb, sr) will give you 200+ hp with a little bit of help (upgraded turbo, intercooler kit, etc)
2) a basic turbo ka will be around the basic sr20 (150-160whp) so thats not bad, but do all the internals, have the right size turbo at the right psi and all the other details, you can have a 500hp ka or more.. there's a guy who has a 400hp N/A ka. what does that tell you?? its all about how much you put in with the turbo.. spend $1500 and you're at 5psi.. spend $4000 and you're at 25psi. its all relative

psi means how much boost your running. go to www.ka-t.org

the average wheel hp on those KA-T's are 400+. the minimum whp is 350whp.

for those who likes to convert to crank hp. 400+ whp is around 500 crank hp. thats more then quick enough for 11 second 1/4 mile passes and 0-60 in the 3 second range.

structured240sx is making around 380whp and he can spin his wide 10 in wide wheels in 3rd gear from roll, not even flooring it. which means on the highway at around 70mph he half throttle his car, and he can spin his fat wide tires.

he ran the 1/4 mile in 12.5 @ 119mph which means he hit from 0-119mph in just 12.5 seconds or within only 1320ft.

this was done not flooring the car until the end of 3rd gear till 5th. so 1st, 2nd and 3rd gear wasn't even floored because he would spin the tires. if he had slicks he would've trapped around 123-124mph in the 1/4 mile
