a huge problem..??

i found a TSB today (98-T-22) affecting 96-98 saturns with manual tranmissions. there are several circuits that can be affected, the TSB lists a few random ones, but it says any of approximately 100 circuits could be affected. the problem is the wiring harness comes into contact with the clutch pedal pivot bolt/clip, shorting the circuits to ground. check this area also.
