CRVTEC or LS VTEC when tuned and done properly are hella fast.

he doesnt have LSVTEC, and its usually about 15% Ive read over and over. which in your case would be about 25HP,
Id guess more around 170 or so, damn 146 to the wheels. I wish I would have taken mine to get dyno'd, I had what you got, except no light fly or chip, no header but I had 11:1's and no cat. I had the B18 head and P75 ECU as well. damn car was fast.
