Re: Funny Misbadged cars!!!

The worst I've seen is an old Neon with a "Yeah, it's got a HEMI" sticker.

Edit: saw a fanger, i think it wa sa civic, id ont remember with my gf. guy had those fake exhaust tips. four on each side coming out of the body worked. looked like hell. to top it off, he still had his stock exhaust showing. ya thats a cool look, 9 exhaust pipes.....

I'll should be able to afford an sr20det swap close to summer so I think the xe stickers would be funny on my car. I've seen a camaro who claimed to have a 427 with a 5.0 badge. numerous civics with Si stickers/ typeR stickers.

Re: Funny Misbadged cars!!!

I've seen a Eclispe with a freaking GT-R badge on it. These people who do theses GT-R badges are getting annoying, am I right or wrong??

Re: Funny Misbadged cars!!!

Ahhh, muscelcar guys are going to love these. there is an old datun Z with a Pheonix Bird and Trans AM posted all over it...we also pulled a prank on this kid with a POS old chevelle. wasnt even an SS. its a 4door for gods sake. but anyway he is always bashing imports and talking about his great american muscel will spank all thing asian no matter what mods have been done. but he will never race. he is always "lets take it to the strip" and then when you agree to go to the strip he is always "busy." last march we where feeling in the april fools spirit. so we went down to the local junk yard and got the following
Stock Honda 13" steel rims
Honda emblems (front and rear)
EX emblem

then we went to CarEX and got V-Tec Badges and 5lug to 4 lug adapters. double sided stickey tape and the glue used to glue on emblems.

while he was at baseball practice we grabbed a jack and changed all the tires to 13" honda rims (after painting them flat black of corse) glued the honda emblems to it and stick the V-Tec stickers on the side. but here is for the iceing on the cake. we built a spiler out of wood and L-Brakets and used the double sided stickey tape to stick it to the strip of metal chevy used to call a trunk opening.

ahh wish i had pics. we have a lousy sence of humor but after he got over the anger (and never finding out who did it) he later bought (with great irony) a nissan maxima.....

Re: Funny Misbadged cars!!!

i was picking up some windshields at the local Mercedes dealer for work and I saw a 98 Honda Prelude with SL55 AMG badging all around. there were 3 service techs there just smiling and laughing.

Re: Funny Misbadged cars!!!

The funniest car I've ever seen, well, seen a picture of, was what looked like an old Plymouth Reliant with "Lamborghini Diablo" Spraypainted in black across the back end.
