I think what mpumas is saying to do first is to check the connection at the fuel tank area....do that first before you tear your dash apart....see what voltage you have there...if there is none then you need to follow the wiring back and see where it is broken....

Don;t take the dash apart until you short the wires to ground at the gas tank sensor and see what the guage does.

I haVE SUCCEDED. Wires were loose behind the dash. yeah. thankyou for all of the help I recieved.
