i loved RE1..i was too scared to play any of the others though hehe..i really want to see this movie..i love the scene from the first one where they got cut up by the laser beams yeah!!

yeah, RE3 takes place before RE2. During the game in 2 i believe during the second disc the nemisis drops in and proceeds to hunt your ass down. But it was correct that 3 is between 1 and 2. lol

i was lookin forward to seeing this movie as i love the RE series (have beaten all the RE games) maybe ill just watch it by other means.

I thought it was ok. I wouldnt waste money to see it again, but I don't regret watching it in the theatres.
And don't watch this movie with a chick, there are far too many scenes where they use the classic method of quickly changing the scene and jump starting your heart with a really loud startling noise.

My ears and arm are still in the process of recovering

I thought it was mediocre movie with mediocre acting. Nothing to make you go "I'm gonna see it five more times!!!!" Although i have to say the casting and costume design was darn near perfect.
