lol oh you dont want to mess with a 2003 SVT cobra they will eat you up alive. As for the Mach 1 thier nothing special, ive beatin one before i cant say with ease but i have, he was gaining on me in second gear hard but after third say good bye

Well as far as the GTs, it depends on year, the new ones run around what was mentioned before...low mid 14s, but my friend's 98 couldn't beat a 14.9 and was usually in the 15.0 and 15.1s so I think they got a bit more juice in the last few years...
As far as '03 and '04 cobras...I have been dumb enough to race a few. I raced an '04 cobra with only 1500 miles on it. I didn't launch, we both punched it at about 5mph. I redlined first and 2nd, and when I was going into 3rd, I was still ahead, but he was closing distance in my rearview mirror ridiculously fast. He definantly would have passed and left me behind if we had continued, but traffic was coming up in front way too fast.
