I read the same thing. 5th gear is taller and that's the only difference that I saw. I don't think 95 is the crappiest one though eurobeaner. It has a more agressive cam than the later years. How's that dohc muffler work for you liz? I'm about to put one on mine and rig myself a cai from a dodge caravan intake I got this weekend.

according to neonparts.net/cnnpracing, the single cams are able to make more power than the dual, not the 2.4l but the 2l

I have a 95 neon sohc and i have it modded a bit and it is pretty quick...... even when it was stock it was quick i find it quicker then my friends 97 ex witch has the dohc
