Re: Anyone know any aftermarket brake kits for the MR2??

i have to admit i tend to break it all up and plan the lot too though...

goal for engine, body, interior, wheels/brakes

in the end it adds to one big goal for the car... and along the way i'll find out how it changes

my theory is drive mr2 with the standard tubo engine in while i build another one, then do the swap, sves doing the work on the car and having it off the road...

why not get an n/a then? it would save a couple grand

actually now that i think of it... i would probably buy 2 cars... if u really get 600whp out of ur mr2 its not gonna be a great daily driver if u kno wut i mean...

Re: Anyone know any aftermarket brake kits for the MR2??

good point, JDM turbo came up for a good price (director at work leaving country)

i want 400, and i'm gonna use the beams engine so i should be able to drive normally on the bottom cam (very similar to stock turbo cam), and the top cam is pretty similar to a big HKS one. makes for a killer power band, but i should be able to drive above or below it... and yeah prob get another car soon afterwards... probably a 4x4 (SUV) to do everything my MR2 won't.

it'd be nasty hitting the power mid corner...
