15psi is a lot, but not from a small turbo like that. You see, turbos are like waterhoses. Say you have a garden hose with 30psi behind it. It will put out some water. Now say you have a firehose with 30psi behind it. You can water the grass a lot faster. Flow is porportional to horsepower. If you were looking for the turbo that will make the most peak horsepower, you would look for the one that flows the most.

15 psi isn't exactly a ton. Running 15 psi in my Z31T will get me down into the mid-high 5 seconds in the dash to 60...which, don't get me wrong, isn't bad...the boost controller goes in this weekend...but that won't do for me...I'm shooting for 10s...11s at least...it'll take time, but that's ok...that's one thing I have plenty of. To do this, I'll need a bigger turbo and an intercooler, among a couple other things. I think the 15 psi would be put to better use in the smaller, lighter (I think) 240sx.
